Such prayer is not recomended or order by God. early prayers of the Western Wall started by buying houses and then destroy them, later on the prayers have advanced into digging. No biblical Jewish book cites the Rock or any buildings on top of. Anyways, the more the political feelings increase the more the digging will go underneath the whole city of jerusalem.
